Mmmm…Banana Cake! This recipe came from my friend’s grandmother-in-law. It is a dense, moist, cake that is just so dang delicious! P.S. This pairs well with my Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Butter
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 4 Cups Flour
- 2 Tbsp Baking Soda
- 6 Tbsp Sour Milk (Add 1 Tsp Vinegar to Milk)
- 2 Cups Mashed Bananas
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
- Preheat Oven to 350F
- Cream Butter and Sugar
- Add Eggs, one at a time
- Add Flour
- Dissolve Baking Soda in Sour Milk, then add to mixture
- Add Vanilla
- Mix in Bananas – Batter will be stiff
- Pour into greased and floured pan (I prefer a bundt pan), and bake 60 minutes, checking for done-ness with a toothpick or cake pick
- Cool, then frost with Cream Cheese Frosting
