Isn’t this Liberty All Day?

Don’t worry, you’re in the right place. This is Lettie Loo, and after a lot of thinking, I’ve decided to rename, rebrand this site, from Liberty All Day to Thoughts From The Loo.

Honestly, this has been a long time coming. I started Liberty All Day Fall 2019, and this blog was my outlet each day during Mr. Man’s naptime. I enjoyed tracking our days, our adventures, his milestones. But what I created the blog for was to be more of a commentary on life, politics, the transition from urban/suburban living to rural life, etc.

Yes, I went there on this blog, and in my podcast…But it just didn’t feel right. That’s part of the reason I stopped blogging and podcasting; as was the fact that Mr Man was getting older, we were getting more active out and about, and then I was pregnant with Bug, sicker than a dog and exhausted most of the time, and…life just got in the way.

Now, I started recording “Thoughts From The Loo” videos at the end of 2024 and realized “This is a TON of fun!” My virtual assistant business has started taking off, with me picking up more social media clients, so I started a class with Nathan Fraser, Culture Builder Marketing. Through the courses I’ve taken this past month, I’ve realized just how off my branding HERE was. Monday I actually changed up the branding for my business, and after doing a lot of thinking this week, FRiday morning I decided the time was right to “end” Liberty All Day.

Was it an easy decision? Absolutely! It is so simple to spin it off to “Thoughts From The Loo,” since the basis for it is already here. Now, I don’t plan on daily, or even weekly, blog posts. But I’ll be doing a video at least every other week, and they will be shared here (and on YouTube, Spotify, FaceBook) as will any blog posts I decide to write AND Book Reviews!!! Book reviews will be in the general blog rotation, but I think I may end up putting those on a separate page; we shall see how things go. One of my reading goals this year is to actually write out a review for each and every book I read, so you’ll be able to find them on here as well!

So, I hope you’re as excited as I am to see where this goes. I know I’m excited for the ride!
