DIVE-ing in to things!

DIVE-ing in to things!

What a week! I’ve been DIVE-ing, oh boy have I been DIVE-ing.

I’ve started a short weekly podcast, of my thoughts in 5 minutes or less. These episodes will expand a bit on the weekly blog. My first episode is up, so be sure to check it out! You can find me on multiple platforms, but I am also uploading them to Odysee (you can share video AND audio on your channels there!).

Squatch and I were chatting, and he is contemplating starting his own blog on bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. I am all for this, so keep an eye out, and I will share it once he gets it started.

Let’s see – we have also been DIVE-ing into being TOGETHER this year. Squatch has reached back to the credit union to re-start the mortgage pre-approval process, and they said we could even increase the limit from last summer. YAY! So that means I have been really looking into properties, and Squatch was going to drive around this weekend, checking them out. Hopefully we will have some awesome news on the housing front in the next few weeks.

The AeroGarden is really taking off. I’ve been sharing some short videos to the Odysee page, so be sure to check it out for more content (I’m also sharing the link over on MeWe).

Our Liberty and Freedom Library has grown this past week, too. I decided to get on top of it and get Animal Farm, 1984, Fahrenheit 451, Brave New World, Fountainhead, Atlas Shrugged, and even a King James Bible…before they are no longer available. I got some good deals over on Amazon, so took advantage to be able stock up!

Be sure to check out the new episode of 80s Mom Podcast. This week, we chatted about household chores. My favourite is to wash dishes, clean my kitchen, organize all of the things, and vacuum. I despise washing bathrooms. Check out this most recent episode to see what Rae and Cecily have to say about it all.

Lastly, Little Man and I headed out to the lake for this next week. We had a wonderful afternoon walk Saturday. Little Man loves walking and exploring up here. While walking, we happened to (just barely) see a Mama Deer hiding in the trees. We stood there and watched her for a few minutes, Little Man waving and saying “Hi, Mama Deer.” We saw two people drive by on UTVs, 2 4-wheelers, and then 2 people walking with their dog. Little Man wanted to traipse through the snow at Nanny & Papa’s when we returned, so we did, and it was so much fun!

I hope you all have a great week, and be sure to check out the new podcast for some additional thoughts from me this week!
