Now, who doesn’t love a good conspiracy theory? I mean, we’ve all heard about the shooter on the hill from JFK, right? Related to him, I recently heard a theory that Sirhan Sirhan did not kill RFK. Mind. Blown. Want to go down a super wacky rabbit hole? Google Flat Earth and see what people out there believe. There are a ton of theories going on about the “Deep State” here in the States, and how the Deep State is going after Trump, and trying to bring him down, drive us into socialism, etc. Theories abound about the CDC as well, and false flag events (Alex Jones has an interesting idea about some school shootings, and how they all involved “crisis actors”), to name a few others.
In regards to the CDC, there are so many stories out there right now about this coronavirus, a SARS disease, that is coming out of China. The area where the virus originated is the site of a biologic research center, where they have been looking into major viruses, SARS and its related diseases included. There are reports that the CDC has actually patented the coronavirus, and they allowed the Chinese to study it, and the CDC actually recently finalized a vaccine to the virus, so this is their way to be a cash cow. Several years ago, when Ebola was running rampant in Africa, the same claim was running around, that the CDC had purposefully infected people with the disease in order to test their vaccine and a cure. I’m not buying into either claim, but I just find it all interesting to see how people buy into these theories.
I mean, we’ve all heard about Area 51, and how the government is hiding the fact that we have made contact with aliens. That we have been studying and working on alien technology ever since, and that it is the testing of said technology and craft that is what people see in the night skies every so often. I don’t think we are alone in the universe; there have to be other beings similar to us out there, right? But making contact with them? If you’ve ever heard about Mothman, and done some research, you will definitely think there is a massive cover-up by the “men in black” to keep the population in the dark about it all.
Conspiracy theories have always fascinated me, and I think what it is that draws me in is the fact that people get so stuck on one side or the other of them. For most, we have either made contact with aliens or we have not. The earth is flat or it is round. These schools have been shot up or they were staged. Hillary Clinton is a lizard person, as is Bernie Sanders, Nancy Pelosi, Donald Trump, Mitch McConnell, etc., or they are not. The CDC is behind all of these major disease “outbreaks” or they are not (personally, I find the whole flu season, and random disease “outbreaks” to be a bit of a joke. I mean, since when is 4 cases of chicken pox an outbreak? Why are we concerned about these simple illnesses when there are many other diseases that we do not have vaccines or cures for that are just glossed over? And don’t get me started on the whole vaccine subject). Are we just living in some simulation, like the SIMS, where we have no control over anything we do; we are just part of a game that makes up our every thought and move before we actually do it?
I know…minds can be blown if you really decide to go down that rabbit hole. We all have some beliefs that go against the grain; are we all conspiracy theorists? For those of us who are trying to make our own way in life, to homestead, be financially secure, to be self-reliant; yes, we can be called crack-pots, conspiracy theorists, preppers, etc. This is because we go against the grain. But why is thinking outside of the box so feared and looked down on? I sure don’t want to be just like everyone else. I like a little bit of difference; if we were all the same and thought the same and believe everything we were told, life would be quite boring. So go down those rabbit holes. Check out those conspiracy theories. Let your “Crazy Flag” fly. Have your own individual thoughts every once in a while. It’s quite liberating, and can show you how incredibly sane you are.

Got some thoughts for The Loo?
