This weekend I jumped in the kitchen with 2 fast and simple recipes. Saturday afternoon, I made a Taco Dip for lunch. I also made an Eclair Cake for Sunday’s dessert. These are the first two recipes I learned by heart, and the first two I was allowed to make unsupervised!
